Lynwood House is a homely bed and breakfast situated just outside of the world famous town of Hay-on-Wye in the hamlet of Cusop.

With stunning views over the Herefordshire countryside and the Black Mountains, yet just a few minutes walk from the centre of Hay-on-Wye, it is the perfect place to send a few days.

Lynwood house is over 100 years old and offers a warm and traditional welcome to all our guests.

We have a large garden for our guests to enjoy with stunning views both back and front over the Herefordshire Hills and the Black Mountains.

We are located in Cusop Dingle - a quiet neighbourhood just 12 minutes walk from the centre of Hay-On-Wye.

All of our rooms are en-suite, have their own television, shower and wash-basin. The breakfast room is situated at the front of the house and is available for guests to use at all times.
